A BUCKET LIST LIFE is NOT A COMPETITION. It is a decision to get clear on what you want, making it compelling, being committed and taking consistent action. It isn’t easy or everyone would be living their Bucket List Life. This is a process and journey that you do not have to take alone. With a supportive coach to help, to define dreams, decide how to take productive action and debunk hindrances you will be on your way to check, check, checking off those items on your list.

Bucket Lists became an important focus in my own life in more recent years. I have experienced and seen the effects of wishing, waiting and feeling stunted & stymied in my own life.

Having always been a confident and mostly successful goal setter, I was slow to realize that I was experiencing a
frustration deep down with wishing for more, waiting for something I couldn’t define and feeling hindered from important goals I wanted in my life.

I finished grad school in the US, competed in marathons and traveled from Alaska in the north, Cape Horn to the south,Tahiti to the west and Istanbul to the east. One day, I came to the difficult realization that I wasn’t achieving one of my biggest goals. There were major roadblocks to my own bucket list life.

When you realize you aren’t living to your full potential, you often know instinctively. Even if you cannot define it you feel that there must be more. You want more!


When I found myself in that spot, I sought the assistance of a coach who helped me realize what was in my way. Together, my
coach and I discovered my roadblocks, busted through my apathy, and she helped me to accomplish the goals that made my life more vibrant and meaningful. Now I can do the same with you!

Having walked this road myself and having also been trained as a healthy lifestyle coach, I have what it takes to walk alongside you toward a happier, more fulfilled, VIBRANT YOU. I take great joy in helping you discover a new outlook that will resolve the fears that hold you back.
